Fredal is an experienced financial services and real estate professional with a strong background in commercial financing, business banking, and structured lending solutions. He has spent more than a decade advising small business owners, real estate investors, and consumers on credit strategies, capital deployment, and relationship-based banking services across the Greater Los Angeles Markets. Prior to joining Dwelling, he held senior roles in business banking with Wells Fargo Bank, where he delivered comprehensive lending and deposit solutions while supporting portfolio growth across diverse industries. Fredal was selected to participate in a nationally deployed pilot program, reflecting his expertise, leadership, and operational discipline. He brings a client-focused approach grounded in risk management, market insight, and execution excellence.
Earlier in his career, Fredal developed extensive hands-on experience in residential lending, loan origination, and transaction management. He is well versed across multiple industries and asset types ranging from Single Family Residences to Multifamily, Industrial, Office and Retail. He enjoys developing long-lasting relationships with sellers, buyers, and borrowers by engaging with escrow, title, and underwriting teams to guide transactions from application through ensuring regulatory compliance.
His dual exposure to banking and real estate enables him to align buyers and sellers’ property objectives with appropriate financing structures. Fredal is licensed by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) and holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license. His background reflects a comprehensive understanding of lending, real estate, operations, and disciplined financial execution, key attributes he uses when negotiating on behalf of his clients.
In his free time, Fredal enjoys working out and exploring new hiking sites in Los Angeles, attending soccer matches with friends and family. He is also an avid photographer and salsa and bachata dancer.
