Paula Samuel, is a real estate agent at DWELLING™ | REAL ESTATE and services the Coachella Valley. Paula moved to the Coachella Valley in 2020 and resides in La Quinta. Paula has been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years and says that her greatest achievement is the opportunity to assist Sellers and Buyers in the sale and purchase of homes. She particularly enjoys working with new first time buyers as its an honor to educate, assist and advise new home buyers through the process.

Paula started her career in the Commercial Management arm of real estate where she spent 10 years as the Director of Operations for Sunset Plaza, an iconic commercial enclave on the renowned Sunset Strip. Paula felt privileged to learn and be part of the evolution of the Sunset Strip from the early 1900’s thru the 20th century.

While there, Paula continued her commercial career at the Rodeo Collection in Beverly Hills, Century City and Houston, Texas. In 2003 she transitioned to the Residential market and was one of the few agents fortunate enough to be at the brink of a new downtown Los Angeles revitalization. This move for Paula proved to be the most exciting and rewarding to date of her real estate career, as she loved working with the pioneering individuals seeking to live and work in the vibrant downtown hub.

In 2008 Paula started her own company called Short Term Rentals LA. Paula was voted Best Downtown Residential Agent in The Best of Downtown Los Angeles 2010.

Paula brings all of her successes to the Coachella Valley as a distinguished and highly experienced real estate professional. In her downtime, Paula enjoys spending time with family and friends and continuing the exploration of the beautiful cities in the Coachella Valley.
