HOW TO APPLY
To submit a complete and acceptable leasing package for consideration, please include the following:

Complete a RentSpree Application
The application fee is $39.99 per applicant and covers your Application to Lease, Credit Report, Background Check, and Eviction Report.
Submit your required leasing documentation listed below.
A request for additional documentation may be required after review of the leasing package.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Background check
- Verification of employment
- Two weeks of paystubs
- Two or more professional references
- Relocation summary (if applicable)

Credit report

Eviction report
- Photocopy of CDL or ID card
- Two months of bank statements
- Desired dates of occupancy
Please submit all required documents to [email protected] as a single PDF per applicant. Failure to submit documents in one PDF may result in return of documents and a delay or denial of your application.
